Dear DC Burners,
For any of you who didn't get tickets in time to the sold out Ball, or
whose other plans may have fallen through last minute, or who find
yourselves in town when you thought you'd be away... I know about a good
Burner NYE gathering in Virginia tonight. The theme is "Vice."
There's no cost, but there is a secret question you have to answer: "What's
your favorite vice?"

Alternately, if you're in D.C. proper tonight there's another burner run
NYE party at the dance loft 14th St. It's the Official after party for the
time travelers ball and will be going on from 7:30pm tonight till morning!
