Frostburn is a regional burn that draws many DC Burners, who brave the cold to enjoy a gathering of burners near Pittsburgh. The Pennsylvania tundra rivals the playa in “extreme” credentials! In 2014, there were no sizeable DC-based theme camps planned, but a number of DC Burners were in attendance, camping with friends from all over the region.
