Sundays at Malcolm X / Meridian Hill Park

Malcolm X/Meridian Hill park, located in the center of the city, is a regular gathering space in the city for all who are interested in getting out and pursuing an activity. There are drum circles, African dance, Hooping, Yoga, Acrobatic Yoga, slack line walking, poi spinning, as well as many other activities that happen warm Sunday afternoons. It is the closest things that feels like being at a festival that happens in the city during the day. Many burners attend or teach events in this space, and this becomes a good point of outreach for non-burners to learn about burning man events.
