Fundraiser and silent auction

Dear Burner Buddies,

In my day job I work at the ENDependence Center of Northern Virginia, a
group that helps people with disabilities stay in our community and
maximize their independence. Our big annual fundraiser and Awards Reception
is this Thursday at 6:30 at the Clarendon Ballroom and compared to most
such things in our region, it's a sweet deal -- $50 including food, drinks,
and entertainment from our own Abby Nightingale! Tickets and details are at
www.ecnv.org

But the most important reason I'm promoting this to you all is we have a
FABULOUS silent auction where amazing items are going for bargain prices --
and I want my friends in on that action! Check it out at:
http://www.ecnv.org/silentauction

175,000 miles from American Airlines; hotel stays; gorgeous Indian clothing
and jewelry; autographed Redskins football; Nats tickets; They Might Be
Giants autographed items; and an incredible selection of original artwork,
including a Mitch Delsack piece.

I hope that some of you can join me for this event. Added bonus: The
event's success fosters my work, which in turn enables me to keep building
and doing at Makepeace Manor.

Thanks!
Brewster
