Call for Info: DC Burner Town Hall

Groups audience:

Hi all,

Time to collect information for the

*2016 DC Burner Town Hall!*The Town Hall will be on March 24th at Local 16.
We'll start the presentations at 7pm and will strive to keep it to 2 hours.

The goal is to have ALL of the information shared at the Town Hall also
listed somewhere on the DC Burner website. The Town Hall should be more
about putting a face to the project and providing important updates, and
quick info about how people can get involved today.

Friday, March 18th. *Late submissions may not be included. All content is
subject to edits for brevity and snark.

- Project Name
- Project lead / speaker and their email
- Category (see list below)
- Info to be dropped into Power Point. These should include images /
project title / camp name / logo / event dates / etc.
*Bonus if you actually put it into Power Point slides for me so I don't
have to format or go looking for graphics. *
- Website / social media links
- No videos

**** Note: *Do NOT respond directly to this email with your info.
**** Note: *Please format your email subject line as: "Burner Town Hall:

3. Theme Camps, Villages, and Local Groups

4. Recurring/Upcoming Events

Hey all, 8 days from the deadline and I've received exactly ONE submission.
This will be an extremely short town hall!

You don't need to send me slides, but if you want your project / camp /
group home included in the Town Hall, please send me your websites / social
media, a main contact, at least one photo, and key info.

Deadline for submissions is 5pm, March 18th. Thanks!

Patty

Hi Patty. I just finished editing a really moving 3-minute promo for the film that's going to be shown at GLC next week, and we'd love to have it make its debut at the DC Town Hall.

Are you showing the PowerPoint on a Mac or a PC? I can get to Local by 6:30 PM to help with the technical set up.
