Telegram Group Chat alternative to group texts

Groups audience:

Hey friends,

So you might've seen this post in Pathable or the Facebook group, but just
wanted to share here, just in case:

---
For those who might want to have another way to connect with old and new
friends during the conference, I set up an unofficial group chat using
Telegram:

https://telegram.me/joinchat/DEp3egbsb_7Rh4lXBZ3cgA

What’s great is that you can use it on your mobile device, your tablet, or
your laptop! It’s pretty nimble, beyond simply texting to see what folks
are up to between and after conference sessions. You can share photos and
locations as well.

So if you’d like to opt in to this digital laser pointer to help wrangle
your fellow cats over the weekend, and want an alternative to being
bombarded by group texts/SMS, just click on the link above.
---

This might also be worth creating a group chat for DC/Baltimore folks, as
an alternative to group texts.

Great. Yet another communications channel.

Sorry... after 10 consecutive 60-70 hour work weeks, I'm ready to
disconnect from everyeveryeverything.

Yeah, another option for folks who didn't want a barrage of texts. And not
one you HAVE to use, if you don't want to. Apologies if I didn't make
opting in clear.

For some reason I can't email the group. I may not make it.
