Open house for our room that's opening up in mid may is this Thursday from 7-9pm.
Room is only $650/month + 1/5 utilities. House has a beautiful and newly renovated kitchen and common areas are fully furnished. (seriously, if you havent visited you wont believe how nice the house is at this price). you have one of the cheaper/smaller rooms. Lease goes till end of Feb.
We love our burner house and having ppl over, but we are quiet during the week as we all have 9-5+ jobs. Easy walk to takoma park metro but in dc, plenty of street parking.
p.s. our house is known as the cowqpit (pronounced cockpit, stands for community of wayward queers. you don't have to be queer, but you def. have to be glbt friendly! shanna bananna and em also live here, and one other roommate.
we have 2 cats and a guinea pig, no more cats and no dogs please. caged/acquarim-ed pets considered
