DC Container load-in for Burning Man is THIS WEEKEND! Come volunteer with us!

Hey Burners!

This weekend marks the annual DC Container Load-in for Burning Man! If you
have not yet purchased bin or cubic space, check out our "DC Container"
page on Facebook. Attached is everything you need to know about preparing
your bins for the DC Container Load-in.

We could REALLY use volunteer help this weekend! See below for the dates
and times below, and sign up using the spreadsheet link. The location for
ALL volunteering is at *8100 Corporate Drive, Hyattsville, MD*. This is the
Artomatic site, for those who have been, and is walking distance to/from
the New/Carrolton Metro.

- *Friday, August 5 *(2pm-?) - We need volunteers to help build the
shelves for the three shipping containers. We anticipate needing folks
beginning around 2pm until the shelving is completed. If you can help,
please show up and we will love you forever!
- *Saturday, August 6 & Sunday, August 7* (8am-6pm) - We need volunteers
for all types of positions on both days. Please see the spreadsheet to sign
up!

It's always an awesome and fun way to spend a day with your fellow
Burners!

*A note about our load-in location: *There is a Giant and a Marriott Cafe
located nearby. Otherwise, there is nothing around us. When you come to
volunteer, please be radically self-reliant and bring water, snacks, sun
protection, and anything else you think you might need. Most of all, please
be patient (and feel free to show our volunteers some love!). There are
always a lot of moving parts and Lesley Stein and I will do the best we can
to get everyone checked in and/or assigned to their volunteer spot as
quickly as possible.
