Hey all,
The COWQpit has a room opening up! We'd love to share it with a like-minded
burner.
The room is $750 a month, plus utilities (which are very reasonable split 5
ways). the house is lovely (spectacular kitchen, wraparound porch) and has
a good sized yard and a small garden plot. we have great street parking
(always available) and are walking distance to takoma park metro (but we
are in DC). the room is in the basement but has windows and basically has
its own entrance and bathroom (there is a common space/den and laundry down
there also). we all have busy day jobs but enjoy having dinner gatherings
and occasional parties. We probably can't handle any more pets unless they
are in a cage or aquarium (there are two cats already in different parts of
the house) and no couples please, this is for one person.
