Hey DC Burner fam!

*Capital Fringe*
So as you've probably seen, Burners have been bringing some of that Playa
magic to this year's Capital Fringe Festival. While the Ten Principles )'(
storytelling project closed last night, you still have two chances to catch 8
Bit Circus Sh*t ,
this Friday & Saturday at Old City Farm and Guild!

You can also vote for both shows to win the Capital Fringe Audience Awards,
"8 Bit Circus Sh*t" for Best Dance & Physical Theatre and "Ten Principles
)'( - Senior Year" for Best Drama.

*Taking My Parents to Burning Man*
A documentary about a Burner who took his parents to that thing in the
desert. A crowdfunded DC premiere of the movie on August 16. As of the time
of this email, we just need 55 more people to reserve their tickets,
otherwise the movie won't happen.

Two things to note: tickets will only be available online and not at the
door/venue, and 5% of the ticket revenue will be donated to Catharsis on
the Mall. The other 95% are used (by Tugg) to take care of the cost of the
screening.
