Housing Needed - 1br Apartment or studio

Hello DC Burners!

I’m Cat (aka Starfish) and my husband Andrew (aka Ranger Kilrog) and I are looking for an apartment to rent in D.C. We’ve been living with a family member that has been very generous to let us stay in his house in Maryland, but he wants to sell the house, so we’re looking for a new place to call home.

About us:

*We moved from California a little over a year ago for Andrew’s job. He works on the hill and I am a full-time student (and work part-time).  

Apartment stuff:

~ We’re looking for a place that is close to a metro stop, or within walking distance to the House Offices/Capitol Building.

~ Timeframe is asap. 

~We don’t have any pets, just a small succulent.
