TL;DR version: gauging interest for an indoor yard sale December 19th
"Where's Mab?" - no one but still sharing!
This is the first time in at least 5 years that I have had a stretch this
long without a gig.
What am I doing with my time? ADULTING! I'm shamelessly throwing myself
into lifelong debt for a roof and walls to call my own. The new home has
5!!! bedrooms! and a library!!! This means I will be opening my home to all
sorts of events and adventures! it's in Sterling VA, close to the
(future)Silver Line and the airport (so not the end of the world, DC and MD
folks! ... who am I trying to kid? it's totally the end of the world)
Why am I telling you this? well, because in order to afford this
misadventure, I need to SELL ALL MY WORLDLY POSSESSIONS! I am feeling out
the interest for an open house December 19th! this is your chance to pick
up that interesting costume item, that unique geegaw, craft supplies!
instruments! maybe even some puppets? I DON'T KNOW!
This will not be the only open house date, but it's the earliest I have
available. I'm thinking with the holidays coming up, folks might be
interested in picking up one of a kind bits and bobs.
putting the indoor yard sale is a lot of work. if there are only a few
folks interested, they are welcome to come by any time and take a tour of
the oubliette. (*egress insurance extra)
online sales are hard too. I'm less inclined with all the other things I'm
handling right now to deal with taking photos, posting images, answering
questions, getting money, packaging it up, driving to the post office, etc.
(though if someone was interested in do that for me......we can talk)
so, that said, long post done, who's interested in an open house indoor
yard sale on December 19th? (day time)

Please excuse typos; even smartphones make mistakes.
