Hey all! Join us this Thursday at Local 16 for the 2015 edition of the DC Burner Town Hall! More information can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/events/778159205635773/ But just in case you're not on the Crackbook, here's the info: ----- Want to learn more about what's happening in the Washington, DC Burning Man community? We've got an event for you! Join us at Local 16 on Thursday, June 11th, for our 2015 Town Hall! Come learn about the events, groups, and projects listed below. In addition, we'll talk about our new and improved DCBurner.org website and other grand plans for making social media a stronger tool for our community. If you are a representative of one of the following groups or events, please be prepared to speak for 1-2 minutes MAX about your project, including information about how others can get involved. If you're actively looking for volunteers at this time, be prepared to collect names and contact info. If you have a few pictures or slides you'd like to share as part of your presentation, please send them to us at washingtondc (at) burningman.org and we'll include them. Come early and stay late! We will do everything we can to keep the presentation part at no more than 2 hours. Happy Hour: 6pm Presentations: 7-9pm Socializing: 9pm until you fall over or they kick you out. I'll try to make it and hope to represent Eye Street Massage Therapy as a local burner business. Currently there are 4 healers/massage therapists out of about 10 who are burners and we've had 3 other burner healers who have since moved on to either West Coast or MD. Thank you!
